I highly recommend The Baum Law Firm! Unfortunately, in the summer of 2019 my son and I were hit head on by a repeat offending drunk driver. My car was totaled, and we sustained injuries from the accident. This time was very scary for me and fortunately, Mr. Edward Baum and CeCe were extremely responsive, super helpful, very professional and compassionate during the entire process. They focused on helping us to get the medical care we needed to heal while they took care of the rest. They gave us the expert guidance needed every step of the way. If you are reading my review of Mr. Edward Baum Esq, then you're are probably searching for a competent Accident Attorney. So, my quick response is to stop your search AND CALL HIS FIRM TODAY! Because like you, I was involved in an accident. And this accident wasn't my fault. In fact, the other party immediately accepted fault! I was stopped at a red light and rear ended by a driver that was only 16. The accident caused me several injuries. What seemed like a slam dunk with the at-fault insurance company turned into a nightmare. They simply didn't want to pay for my medical bills. I had no choice but to seek help from an Attorney. I did my own research, and I went with Edward Baum Esq. and his Staff. The Staff was sympathetic and most importantly provided me with updates as the matter went along. My matter took about 11 months to settle, and from what I've read, that's about the time frame when the other insurance company is stalling (even though they know they're at fault). In the end, we won/received a respectful settlement from the at-fault company. That day was a huge day for me. My past due medical bills were paid, car was repaired, and simply, I received closure. In closing, I was not asked by The Baum Law Firm for my review, nor was I paid for my review. Believe it or not, I am a very satisfied client! Mr. Baum and his team have been great. Cece and Mr. Baum have always answered/returned my phone calls and responded to my emails. They kept me informed about every step they were taking to get a fair settlement for me. My doctor bills have been paid. The original settlement that I was offered by the other insurance company would not have come close to paying it all. I can relax now knowing that it is finally over. I can't thank them enough!

The Baum Law Firm is highly recommended. I was injured is a MVA in May of 2017. I reached out to Mr. Baums law office for assistance due to the at fault parties Insurance company not taking my injuries seriously. The Baum law firm took on my case, sent me to some of the best medical doctors, and in the end got me the compensation I deserved. Their main goal was to ensure that my Injuries were getting better (which was their top priority through the process), you must be patient and follow the firm's guidance.
